How can I view my cloud recordings through web browser...?
I logged into https://tapo.tplinkcloud.com/tapo_web but I don't see any of my Tapo Cameras.

The cloud videos are accessible in the Tapo app only. There is no web interface for managing Tapo devices. The website you visited is for the Tapo Care service.
>> Log into the Tapo APP with your TP-Link ID, and go to Me > Playback & Download > Cloud Video.
