Door bell hub just keeps ringing
After a recent firmware update, my TP Link hub just keeps ringing for over 2 minutes, even though I set 10 seconds, 5 seconds time

@freakygs found the solution -- go to your doorbell settings > Paired Chimes > select your hub > change the duration. Hope this helps!

Kinda poor design having to setup chime duration at 2 places.

Thanks. Came here for this exact problem.
Only since the latest firmware update.
Set duration to same as ringtone now.
Now working for me
Would have been good if Tapo gave a notification along with firmware of this change.

also had this issue AND the chime set to jingle bells, so it blasted jingle bells at full volume in february for 1 minute. very unhappy with this change, why force additional settings layers on us AND not even inform the user!??
