So I think there was a recent firmware update. I'm writing this from within the app, so I can't use the app to look. But it appears event logs are only created now while the app is open on a phone. The hub is no longer storing that information.
Please verify whether the smart hub can still be controlled remotely, for example, switch to cellular data network and try to ring the hub.
