C425 Firmware 1.24
Hello I have 4 c425 cameras, 2 of them have updated recently to the 1.24 firmware update but 2 haven't. Is there byway to force an update. I have followed the instructions to update using the tab within the app but the prompt that comes back is firmware is up to date but they are still on 1.23

Do you have a changelog for this new firmware? I'm curious to know what are the changes.

Hi,
The Tapo C425's new firmware v1.2.24 is being released gradually so some Tapo C425 can't detect it. We suggest waiting patiently for the official firmware to be released to your other two cameras, and then you can update the firmware via the Tapo app.
