My C225 has neen playing up for a while, with the horizontal pan not working , but after a power off and on it would always come back. This week however it has stopped working altogether and doesnt move when a hard reset is done . It is on the latest firmware , auto reboot is on and ive reset the connection to the router . The vertical pan is working on reboot routine and via the app. So its not a wifi issue. I suspect the horizontal pan motor is U/S. I have turned diagnostics on, so it should have gathered some data. Are there any other checks i can do or is this camera faulty?
