Firmware Version: 1.4.4 Build 241211 and 1.3.11 Build 231115

I have four Tapo C211 cameras, all with Hardware Version 2.0. However, only one of them received the latest firmware update (1.4.4 Build 241211 Rel.42239n). I have already rebooted the other three cameras, but they still haven't received the same update. I also restarted our router, but there's still no change. How to resolve this issue?

Hi,
The latest firmware(v1.4.4) of the Tapo C211 is being released gradually, so some Tapo C211 can't detect the new firmware now. We suggest waiting patiently for the new firmware to be released to your other three cameras if they work fine.

Hi,
The latest firmware(v1.4.4) of the Tapo C211 is being released gradually, so some Tapo C211 can't detect the new firmware now. We suggest waiting patiently for the new firmware to be released to your other three cameras if they work fine.
