Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.0.17

Hi,

I'm able to use ONVIF API to read the current video setting from Tapo C200 camera, but when attempting to use ONVIF API to modify the video setting, the request is rejected by 500 Internal server error. Did I miss any setting on the camera? or does this camera support user to modify video setting through ONVIF API?

Thanks,

Yong

Hi,
As you can find on the following instructions, you can use the URL "rtsp://IP Address/stream1" for high-quality stream and use the URL "rtsp:// IP Address/stream2" for low-quality stream when establishing the RTSP connection.
How to view Tapo camera on PC/NAS/NVR through RTSP/Onvif Protocol

The camera does not support modifying other video settings through ONVIF API.
