Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.2.6 Build 20240718 Rel.82712

I have two ISPs, each connected to a different port: one to the WAN port and the other to the WAN/LAN1 port. All WAN links appear to be up and working. However, I am unable to configure load balancing across both the WAN and WAN/LAN1 ports. Load balancing is not functioning, as it only considers the WAN port. I am also unable to set online detection for the WAN/LAN1 port. I've searched through the forums and can't seem to find anything related to my problem. This is happening after a factory reset. I tried to reboot and upgraded the firmware to the latest version, but the issue persists. When attempting to enable bandwidth-based routing, only the WAN port appears as an option. When setting "Online detection", only the WAN port shows up, and the WAN/LAN1 port is not recognized.

Note: It's a refurbished device that I received as a replacement for my original ER605, which had failed.

Hi @PixelPioneer

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Questions remain unclear.

Do you have at least two issues?

1. Not able to see WAN/LAN1 in online detection.

2. Have enabled load balance but it does not work?

If these are the questions, I have some questions for you:

1. It only happens after the firmware update, isn't it? That's really strange if you say so. Firmware reset or anyway it does not change the default settings. The reset will revert everything to the default state and it is fixed.

2. How do you know it does not work? What's your verification?
