Cameras in different countries....

As per this thread: Re:Cameras on different wifi networks (and countries), but on the same Tapo App-why is it necessary to turn off wifi and turn on mobile data?

Hi,
After configuring your smart device, we suggest turning off the Wi-Fi and using the mobile data on your phone to control the smart device is to ensure you can control the smart device remotely. When your camera and phone are in different locations, the phone controls the camera remotely via our cloud server.
If you are unable to control the smart device remotely but near the camera, you can do some troubleshooting as below. Otherwise, you may be unable to do anything when you are away from the camera.
