Hi all,

so I have 4 EAPs that only show as connected when my device where the Controller is running is connected to the router directly. If the device is connected to the Network, the adoption fails each time but the EAPs still provide internet.

I was wondering if I have configured everythin correctly as it should be? It does not have a negative impact.

How are the EAP units connecting to the router?

To adopt EAPs successfully, the controller should be in the same network as the EAP unit.

How are the EAP units connecting to the router?

To adopt EAPs successfully, the controller should be in the same network as the EAP unit.
