The reset button of my C100 Tapo camera is broken. Today I had to change the internet wifi and I can not acess or configure the camera anymore. Is blinking slow red, saying that it has no internet. How can I reset the camera, without the reset button? I also can not see the camera in my Tapo app, I tried to reset at the application, so I removed the camera, but I can not see it at the home button. Is there any chance to reset it online, with the mac address? Thanks, Paola

Hi,
If the Tapo camera is not available on the Tapo app, you can reset it only by pressing the reset button.

Is there hardware damage to the reset button, or is the camera not responding when pressing the reset button? If the camera does not respond to the reset operation, you can try to reboot the camera and then press the reset button for 10s to reset it again.

If the problem remains, please contact your retailer or local support to check if your camera is under warranty.
