My Tapo C200 camera does not display its wifi network

I am having an issue with my Tapo C200 camera and I need your help. For some time now, I have been unable to connect my camera to the app or access its Wi-Fi network for setup. Here are the steps I have already followed without success:
Full reset: I have held down the Reset button for over 10-15 seconds to reset the camera. However, the camera still does not seem to enter setup mode (AP mode) and is not broadcasting its own Wi-Fi network. I have also tried holding the button for 30 seconds to force a full reset, but that did not work either.
Power check: The camera is properly powered, and I have tried multiple USB cables and power adapters. There is no apparent problem with the power supply, but the problem persists.
Wi-Fi connection: The camera does not seem to be broadcasting its Wi-Fi network for me to configure it. I tried with different devices to see if I could detect its network, but it was inconclusive.
