Hi,

I've one C320WB, two C320WS working very well on my Synology NAS.

And just installed C225 ... All parameters are similar, no issue to connect and make connection test from Synology, but It show disconnected...

Is there any specify option to enable or disable on this C225 vs. ONVIF protocal please ?

Hi,

I find the issue, If I select reduced resolution on Synology camera settings, I see the video. But If I select high resolution, it switch to "disconnected".

So, between these 3 resolutions streams, only 2 are OK.

Hi,
There are no special settings that need to be configured on the Tapo C225 compared to the Tapo C320WS or Tapo C325WB. In your case, you can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot the reported issue.
What can I do if fail to stream the Tapo camera via the RTSP/ONVIF protocol?

If the problem remains, please describe your network diagram and the troubleshooting you did.

Best Regards
