This has been asked for in multiple threads and they've all been locked with no apparent action from TP-Link. I've got literally thousands of dollars in TP-Link equipment in my home and I'm almost always VERY satisfied with the products, but this seems like such a simple feature to add and would make a difference for many users. I'm segregating my IoT devices to a separate SSID, and based on everything I can find so far, that means I have to remove, reset, and re-add every single device I have. 

I've got about 25 "dumb" switches I need to replace with smart switches, several outlets I'd like to update, and a few other devices I'm planning to invest in. I was planning to go Tapo for most, if not all of them, but I won't be buying even one until this issue is resolved. The last thing I want is a house full of devices that I can't reconfigure without completely resetting them first!
