I've checked other threads before posting. Ive ensured all of my apps (Tapo, Alexa, Alexa device) are up to date but the green screen issue is continuing on my Alexa Show 5 3rd Gen.

The green screen doesn't appear on my android phone, only my Alexa. The Alexa is brand new.

Any advice on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Please try to watch the camera's live feed on your Alexa app and Echo Show simultaneously, and then check if they both have the green screen.

I watched them both simultaneously and they are both showing green screen.

When I watched from my Tapo app it's completely clear and perfect to see but on my Alexa app and on 3rd Gen they are half green screen on both.
