C420 not recording locally
I have my cameras linked to a H200 smart Hub. Since my trial cloud storage expired the cameras have stopped recording locally. Seems like a scam to force me to buy cloud storage.

Hi,
Do you have a different SD card? If so, try a different SD card and check if there are any changes.

Hi,
Typically, if you have an SD card inserted into the hub and the settings on the camera are correct, the camera's video recordings can be stored on the SD card. If you have a storage issue, please confirm the following information.
1. On the Tapo app > Camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording page, please send me a picture of it and pictures of the Local Storage and Recording Schedule page.
2. Click on the hub Tapo H200 on the Tapo app > Home page, go to microSD card > Using Hub Storage section, click on your camera, and ensure the Save Recordings option is enabled.
3. How do you check the camera videos are not stored on the SD card?

I paid for a subscription now it's saving to the cloud. But it's not recording locally.

@Solla-topee all those settings were correct. I've even toggled them off and back on with no change.
I even get some times when the camera reports person detected but there are no recordings in the cloud either.
