Hello,

When the doorbell rings, I can answer the call on my phone, hear the sound clearly, but the microphone does not work—the person on the other end cannot hear me. Turning the microphone on or off during the call doesn’t resolve the issue.

However, if the call is dropped and I initiate a new call from my phone, the microphone works perfectly, and both sides can hear each other.

Is there a way to fix the microphone issue specifically during incoming calls from the doorbell?

This problem doesn't seem usual and we may need more information in order to assist with this case. Here are something you can try:

1. Try to test another mobile device to check if there is similar problem.

2. The doorbell video call's microphone is disabled by default. When answering a doorbell ring call, double-check whether the microphone is enabled. Try to toggle it for a few times.

3. Try to reproduce the problem and record a video. Share the video link to me through private message.
