Hi everyone,

I have 12 cameras at work which I shared with a colleague, all working fine.

I just installed a new camera at home and did not share with anyone, yet my colleague is able to view this camera on their login on an iPad, but not an iPhone.

In the App, if I click on "Me", then "Device Sharing", the latest camera is listed under "Unshared Devices".

When I click on the latest camera, then "Share", it states that it has been shared with my colleague.

I am very confused, and also this is a Privacy Issue.

Please help!

Please check whether the own account is logged on the iPad.

When I click on the latest camera, then "Share", it states that it has been shared with my colleague.

Can you provide a screenshot of this page? If this account is displayed under the Shared With list, it means that you have shared (other) Tapo devices with this account before. It does NOT mean that the current device has been shared with this account.

So if you want to continue to share a new device with an account that has already shared a device, click on the account in the list below to quickly select it without having to manually enter a TP-Link account/email.
