Model: OC200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hi

We use the network in a place where internet access is only via LTE.

The equipment we have is:

ER706W-4G Router

SG3428MP Switch

OC200 Controller

During network configuration, there was no option to select this router model from the list in the controller settings. We had to select the "other" option.

The network is configured, everything works correctly, but the router managed by OC200 does not see LTE, it is not in the settings. After enabling the operator's SIM card, we are unable to connect our network to the internet.

Direct router management is no longer possible, only through the controller, and in the controller panel, after selecting the router from the list of devices, there is no LTE option visible so that you can change anything.

IS the manual controller firmware upgrade  the only one solution?

The only internet we have is the one possibly propagated by other devices with a sim cards (a laptop connected to the network by wire, phones, etc.)

I would be grateful for your help

Adams

Hi  @MrAdamsUnique

Yes, manually update the OC200's firmware version is the only option.

You can bring your PC to a site that has internet access and download the OC200's latest firmware to the PC, then bring the PC to the OC200''s site, login the OC200's interface, and manually upload the firmware.

By doing so, you can avoid large data usage.
