OC200 omada controller not found after firmware upgrade
Yesterday I updated the firmware for my OC200 and it never came online again. Tried a reset but no matter what I do it doesn't become visible in my network.
When I try to add it again with the qr code it is saying the device is offline.
What happened and how do I get it working again?
Thanks.

What's the previous firmware version of your OC200? Which firmware were you trying to upgrade to?
Can you still recall the detailed progress when you updated the firmware? How did you update the firmware? How long did you wait before you try a reset? Did you press the reset hole for about 5s to factory reset the OC200?
If your OC200 is configured with DHCP (the default setting), you may find the IP address of the OC200 from the DHCP server before you try to access it via web browser. When you try to add it via the QR Code, please ensure the OC200 is connected to your network via cable and the Cloud LED is flashing.
Here are the setup video you may refer to.
