Cant use email for TP-Link ID
Previously I had problems logging into my TP-Link ID on the Vigi VMS site. Problem with region. Then I asked TP-Link to delete the ID account. "Your TP-Link ID has been deleted form the TP-Link cloud server and all data related to this ID have been cleared. You will no longer be able to use this TP-Link ID to manage your devices."
Now I want to create ID with same email I use before and got message "This account is existed". How is it that the account still exists when the ID was reported to have been deleted by TP-Link? So I tried to log in with the same email but I can't. Why I can't create or log in with that email ID?
