H100 not pairing with S200D

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.5.20 Build 240911 Rel.110830

Hi, I just bought 3 tapo S200D from Amazon and tried connecting it with my H100 hub. I spent several hours trying to connect it to the hub but it’s failing all the time. Both hub and s200D are US regions. Below are the pictures of the s200D and H100. I followed the instructions and videos on how to connect and how to reset the s200D. The H100 is working. As I have several motion sensors and water leak sensor connected to it.

When I checked the motion sensors(T100) and water leak sensors (T300), they are both EU version. So how come they are connecting to the H100 and not the S200D?

Did you purchase the devices from the local Amazon site or from an Amazon site in another country?

These models are TP-Link SubG devices that operate exclusively within the specified Sub-1G band. Different regions support different frequency bands.

If the product is purchased from another country, there may be compatibility issues even if they're the same version. Typically, devices sold locally are customized for the local market, so if a version is not widely used in your area but it is bought from an official channel, it is likely that it was specifically tailored for local distribution before being shipped.
