Tapo C220 ONVIF-PTZ issue after OTA firmware upgrade
Hi all,
Recently, one of my two Tapo C220 cameras received an OTA update to firmware version 1.2.2.
Since then, the ONVIF PTZ functionality has stopped working on my ONVIF Device Manager and tinyCamPro.
The other two cameras (C520 e C200), are working fine.
Could you please look into restoring this functionality, or let me know if a fix is on the way?
I look forward to your response and thank you in advance for your help!

Hello,
You need to wait for Solla-topee to respond. He will guide you step by step to resolve the problem.
In my case, they sent me a new firmware version that fixed the issue, which will eventually be officially released (though I don’t know the exact timeline for that).
In the meantime, I suggest reviewing the previous exchanges in the thread for additional context and details.
Best Regards,
Roberto

@Solla-topee I Just received my C220 and immediately upgraded the firmware (my bad). Now the PTZ feature does not work in ONVIF and according to the thread here the beta firmware might solve this. Can you support me as well?
