Hello,

 

I have installed switch model SG2428p and added it to Omada controller but I face problems when I try to manage my network and add the other access point to omada I face this alert : The device is not in the Allow List. 
 

Also, I don't know how I can creat one wifi network on my building using these tpilnk devises form Omada. 

I hope to help me .

Are you using Omada cloud-based controller to manage the EAP115?

It's not compatible.

Below is the compatible list of cloud-based controller, and EAP115 V4 is not in the list:

Devices Supported by Omada Cloud-Based Controller (Omada Cloud Standard)

 

You may use a sodtware controller or hardware controller to manage it.

 

As for how to create a wifi network, you should go to Site view, settings > Wireless Networks > WLAN > Create New Wireless Network

You need to force update your AP firmware to the latest v5.x to work with the current controller.
