Tapo C410 detection issue

i have Tapo c410 camera. Detection don't work when the app is not active.
I try to improve wake up sensibility to 10 : no change.
when I try to start the sensibility test, I don't see any white led or sound.
detection and notification work only when the app is active.
can you help me please ?

May i know how is your Tapo C410 installed? The recommended installation height for the camera is between 2 to 3 meters, with a downward tilt of 20°. Make sure camera's motion sensor is level with the ground as well.
When conducting range detection, please try to move laterally in front of the lens instead of moving directly toward or away from the camera.
