Cameras not working changing form Iphone 14 pro to Iphone 16 pro
Hi
I recently upgraded to an iPhone 16 Pro from an iPhone 14 Pro and restored all my data. However, since the switch, two of my Tapo C325WB cameras are showing as offline exclusively on the new device. I've ensured both my phone and cameras are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, and I've tried basic troubleshooting steps like restarting the cameras and checking network settings.
Could someone please advise on any specific settings or steps I might need to adjust to resolve this connectivity issue? Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated.

What's the Tapo app version on both phones? (Tapo app > Me > About.) What's the status of the camera? Is the led indicator showing red or orange color?
Check if the Local Network permission for Tapo app is enabled on the new phone. Try to delete and reinstall Tapo app on the new phone. Restart the phone.

Hi Wayne,
Thanks for your help. Both phones have the same version, 3.7.505. The camera light is fine. Currently, the camera can be viewed on the iPhone 14, but the iPhone 16 says it's offline. Both phones have Local Area permission enabled.
On the iPhone 16 I have tried to hard reset, uninstall and reinstall the Tapo app.
