Hello,

I need assistance with updating my Tapo C200 V3 camera.

Current Firmware Version: 1.3.11

Available Firmware Version: 1.3.15 Build 240715 Rel.43073n (on app)

Hardware Version: 3

Getting error message "Update Failed" when attempting to update the firmware

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps multiple times.

Rebooted both home router and C200 device
Did a factory reset both manual and on app on C200 device
Turned Firewall off on local router
Connected via mobile hot spot

All troubleshooting steps done were to no avail

Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated

Hi,
1. If there is an SD card inserted into the camera, try to remove the SD card from the camera, reboot it, and then check if it can update the firmware successfully.

2. If the problem remains, please send me(@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message, and then refer to the instructions below to collect the camera log.
