Model: KC410S
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.3.26

I've been using my Kasa camera (KC410S) for 4 months without any issues.

For about a week, I haven't been able to access my camera's live feed from the Kasa app. If I'm connected to my home network (the same network as my camera) there are no issues, I can see the live feed and access the camera info (including its storage). However, if I'm trying to access from any other network (other than my home network) it shows my camera as offline. I still receive noise and motion notifications on my phone, but cannot access/see anything. I believe it is an application issue, as I can still view the live feed of my camera using my mobile data, in case I start viewing it from my home network and then move on to mobile data (however, the moment I close the app, it shows my camera as offline).

Are there any solutions?

P.S. please help, I have a pet and I really need to fix my camera.

  @Kasa-Nick

Hi,
For the reported issue, please refer to the tips below:

1. Ensure your Kasa app is the latest one, and you can uninstall the Kasa app and reinstall it for a try. Please send me the Kasa app version if possible.

2. Try to change the DNS server(try 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) on your router and check if it helps.

3. Verify if any firewall or security settings on the router. If so, disable them for a try.

4. Send me the camera's MAC address via a private message.

Best Regards
