Firmware Version: 2.2.6 Build 20240718 Rel.82712

I have 2 ISP each 400mbps. when I plug my secondary ISP and set the load balancing to 1:1 ratio, the router only uses one WAN port instead of distributing the bandwidth to both ports. the other port have barely any traffic flowing through it.

seems only one WAN at a time can connect because when I connect the other ISP to secondary WAN port, the existing WAN gets unused. see pic below.
