Hundreds of Files – No Easy Way to Download in batch
The current setup for downloading recordings is extremely inefficient and honestly unacceptable. I have two hundreds of recorded events, but downloading them one by one is tedious and a terrible user experience. It’s absurd that I can't even select multiple files to download in bulk. This software desperately needs a batch download feature, along with the option to download continuous recordings, like a full 5-hour block—even if no events are detected during parts of it.

Hi,
Do you request the batch download feature to download the cloud video clips or the video recordings stored on the SD card?
If the camera video recordings are stored on the inserted SD card, an alternative workaround is that you can try to remove the SD card from the camera, connect it to your computer via an SD card adapter, backup the required video recordings, and then insert the SD card into the camera.

@Solla-topee I know I can get them by ejecting SD card. The problem is the camera is mounted on the ceiling and i cannot put a ladder everyday and take out the SD card and copy the files. There should be an easy way to download all the batch file or the continuous recording. This is a very basic function.
