C220 offline
Three (3) C220 cameras installed in my house got in offline mode. I asked someone to turn off and on the power to the router and the cameras and to check the wifi. Everything is working but cameras are offline in my mobile. How I could fix it as I my mobile is not close to the cameras?

What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
If the problem remains, please confirm:
1. The LED status on the camera.
2. What's the model number of the router? Do you have internet when connecting to the router's Wi-Fi?
3. Is the camera displayed online status on the Tapo app when the phone connects to the same Wi-Fi as the camera?
