Tapo camera online but appears offline in app
One of my two Tapo cameras appears offline on my iPad application.
However, I know the camera is online as it still sends notifications to my iPad for detections,and it also appears online on my Android application. The other camera works fine and appears online on my iPad.
This has occured on several occassions and I have tried resetting the camera too but the issue will still pop up from time to time.
How can I troubleshoot this?

Hi,
If the camera has a solid green light, and can be managed and viewed on the Andriod phone locally and remotely. The camera should be ok, and you can try the following suggestions on the iPad.
1. Update the Tapo app to the latest one on the iPad, and send me the Tapo app version info.
2. Turn off the VPN on the iPad if there is one.
3. When did the problem start to occur? Can the iPad manage the camera normally before?
4. Does the problem occur when the iPad is managing the camera remotely or locally?

I have the same issue from a few weeks ago,
I have 3 devices 2 iphones and 1 android
On the android and one iphone the cameras appare offline, if I unplug the all 3 cameras in all devices disappear.
When I plug again the cameras only in 1 iphone work fine in other 2 devices still offline :(
I have the 3 cameras about 1 year and never had a problem until now :(((

2. Are the three phones connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the cameras?
3. Does the reported issue persist all the time?
