Multicolor Tapo light bulbs dont turn off
I've seen some previous posts about this issue, My lights just dont turn off when I select 'turn off' in the Tapo app, they just turn low yellow but the app says they are off, when I change the color, such as red, the light turns orangish, mostly red but I can see some yellow combined with it but the app says pure red (FF0000), same with blue (0000FF) and other colors, that yellow only dissapear when I select white in higher temperatures (greater than 4000K). I have tried the turn off gradually 1 second and 2 second option but It doesnt work. The only way to turn the lights off completely without turning off the phisical switch is activating the relax theme then tap de turn off button when the light is on low bright, same happens with a Tapo L535E V3 light I just bought
A firmware update may help on this case, because as I said before, It seems like a bulb issue not an app one

The issue discussed in this post is due to the bulb being used at an unsupported voltage.
Tapo smart bulb US version requires a 120V input. If it is used at a higher voltage (such as 220V), problems such as cannot be turned off, shorten lifespan or even hardware damage may occur.

How many Tapo smart bulbs do you have? Are they all L530 V3 and L535E V3?
When did you notice this issue? Were they functioning properly before? Or they're all new?
Please film a video of this problem and share a link here (or to me via pm).

Hello, I have 8 Tapo L530E bulbs, 2 groups of 4 each as you can see in the videos I'm sending, and 1 Tapo L535E bulb in a lamp which dont I dont show in the video because its on another room.
The videos here shows the problem I described you.
I have to add that this problem is random, as you can see en the video some bulbs last more than others to turn off, it usually changes, sometimes a single bulb can last 2 secs sometimes 10 secs or 10 minutes, sometimes turn off instantly but sometimes never turns off (idk, I dont have time to watch a bulb turnning off for 15 minutes), in the video I sent the bulbs take different amount of time to turn off, sometimes they all last aproximately the same time (for example 5 secs) or they all never turn off then I have to use the phisical switch. Once again, Its completely random
Pd: I meat this weird yellowish color I said before when I say white component of light in the video because it seems to be a low bright low temperature white due to the fact that the problem only takes place when I use the white color before trying to change to another color or turning off
