Model: Tapo C520WS
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.8 Build 240606 Rel.39146n

Camera connection on phone with different router no work. When I use the same router as Tapo, connection is ok. But when I use different router or mobile data, then I cannot connect. Tapo 520 and 510.

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot the reported issue.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?

If the problem remains, please confirm:
1. The LED status and color on the camera.
2. The model number of your wireless router, and do you have internet when connecting to the router?
3. Send me(@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
4. The troubleshooting you did and the results.

Best Regards
