How to connect C310 camera to new wifi (router) ?
The reset button on C310 camera is on the underside & difficult to undo the screws & press the reset button. Mine already installed high up & hard to get to. Last week changed ISP & have a new wifi (router), any other way to connect the camera to the new wifi without having to remove the cover from the camera & press reset button ?

Hi,
If the Tapo C310 shows online status on the Tapo app now, you can remove the camera from the Tapo app to reset the camera, and then reconfigure it to connect to the new Wi-Fi name.
If the Tapo C310 shows offline status on the Tapo app, removing it from the Tapo app won't reset it. You can try to set the new router's 2.4G Wi-Fi name, password, and security type the same as the old router, then reboot the camera and check if it will reconnect to the new router's Wi-Fi.
Best Regards
