Missing motions

My motion detection sometimes does not pick up motion. It's not subtle motions, like moving of the actual camera....! One motion the camera is facing in the direction I placed it, the next motion detected the camera is facing another direction. My continues recording was not on. Is there any way of seeing the recording inbetween motions, to figure out how the camera was moved?
Thanks

Hi,
Typically, the Tapo C100's lens won't move since it's not a Pan & Tilt camera. If you see the motions in different directions, is it because you have multiple cameras monitoring different directions?
It's unable to see the recordings between motions if the continuous recording is not enabled.
