I would like to know if I could link my C 510 Tapo cameras so that wen the alarm sounds, it is also played in the Tapo H200 or similar device, Thanks!

That's achievable by creating automation for C510W camera and the H200 hub. For example, "When C510W motion detected, Then Ring H200 hub."
