Tapo camera no greenlight
Tapo camera no greenlight.
After multiple time of resetting the unit still no greenlight. Quite frustrating, been using this for just a year and this happened.
Can someone pls help, asap! (PH)

Hi,
If you tried to factory reset the camera, the LED on the camera should be flashing red and green rather than solid green.
1. You can refer to the instructions below to factory reset the camera or hold on the camera's reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset it.

2. If the LED turns flash red and green, you can refer to the instructions below to set it up.

If not, please describe the LED changes when resetting it, and you can try to turn it off, wait for 10 minutes, power it on, and try to reset it again and check if there are any updates.
