Firmware Version: 1.2.8

I have the c500 & c520ws.

Both cameras have sd cards.

I am curious why detected events are capped at 3 minutes.

If a person detection event is longer, a new video (event) is created.

It would be more practical for downloading and sending videos if the one event was captured in one video.

Currently, the maximum length of camera detection video clips can be up to 3 minutes. Thank you very much for your feedback, I'll log it and forward it to the relevant team for evaluation.
