Includes deleted devices that cannot be controlled.
Hello
I have problem in some sensors. Here are the steps:
1. Opened the tapo app (android) v3.4.810
2. I went to smart
3. Pressed + icon
4. Chose automation
5. In "When" I pressed add trigger
6. Device status change
7. Chosed one of T110
8. Open
9. Done
10. In then section. Add trigger > send me notification
11. Wrote "aa" > done
12. Create
13. Wrote "bb" > save
Error is showing
"Includes deleted devices that cannot be controlled."
This error is showing in many sensors. Some are working for the same sensors bought together while other is not showing.
I checked my devices. No offline devices exists. Signal is full bar for the hub and the sensor.
I tried the following but the problem still exists:
1. Reinstall the app
2. Restarting the sensors
3. Removing all the automation from smart tab
4. Re adding the sensors
Request your help. I am facing this problem with at least 5 sensors
Regards

After extensive troubleshooting, I found that the problems are with the H200 hubs.
Some are working fine.
Two of them are the problem.
All the previous sensors that weren't working, now it worked on other H200 hubs and H100 hubs on the same network and in the same location.

Harware version:

I too am having this same issue, but with an H100. I bought it yesterday, nevertheless I have tried resetting it, rebooting it, and resetting the two devices that I want to connect. I did update the firmware first out of the box, seems to be broken in the latest? Any staff or others have insight in to how to fix this? These folks had the same general error message with an integration, perhaps it is related? https://community.home-assistant.io/t/cant-re-configure-accidentally-deleted-device/349421
Thanks!

I had the same problem yesterday. First, I reset the hub by holding down the sync button for 10 seconds. Then I deleted the hub from the Tapo app. I set up the hub again. Then I set up other devices on the same network without any problems. This weird error has not appeared again, and I hope it will not.

Hello everyone, it seems some modifications have been implemented.
Can you check what's the current status? Are you able to create the automation now?
If the problem persists, please clarify which of your devices are having the problem of failing to create automation. Are they connected to the same hub (which model)?
