Hi this camera goes offline repeatedly. The problem is not the modem/router because all the others devices works perfectly. 

 

I tried reset but without any result.

 

My modem is an italian operator, Iliad with wifi7 connection.

 

How i can solve?

What should I do if my Tapo smart devices keeps losing connection or going Offline?

If the problem remains, please let me know the test results of each step for further analysis.

Hi, 
Please provide the following information for further analysis.
 1. Your network diagram. Is the TC70 connected to your router's Wi-Fi directly? What's the model number of your router?

 

 2. When the TC70 is working, on the Tapo app>camera's Device Settings>Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon and send me the detailed RSSI value.

 

 3. How often does the offline issue occur? What LED status on the camera when it goes offline?

 

 4. Update the firmware of the camera if it's not the latest one. 

 

 5. Send me(@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
