HTTP URL to get video snapshot
One feature that is present on many other manufacturers cameras (FOSCAM, Imou, ...) is the ability to get video snapshot on request via a GET HTTP API like :
http://[ip]:[port]/cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=snapPicture2&usr=[user]&pwd=[password]
Is it possible to implement that in next firmware ?

@cth35 I would love to see this option. These cameras are almost awesome, this feature would get it that much closer. Frankly, I'm surprised it doesn't already - seems like a basic function of any network connected camera...

Same here. Wonder what's needed before an essential feature is build in. I see people asking for 4 years. Guess it can't be that difficult.
