The power cable has been cut by an animal... Can it be repaired ? (cut between the camera and the connector ?

From the picture you sent, it's hard to repair the power cable.
You may consult an electrician to check if the internal wires in the power cable can be connected one by one, however, there is no guarantee that it will work even if the internal wires are connected.
