I am using tapo from last year

But after this year subscription I am not able to see Cloud video clips on my cameras. 

Please sort out this issue 🙏

You can refer to the link below to troubleshoot if no cloud video clips.
Troubleshooting for cloud video recordings of Tapo Camera
 

If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information.
1. Send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of the Tapo camera & TP-Link ID. 
2. The troubleshooting results of the above steps.
3. The time and date without cloud video clips.
