Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 4.0.8 Build 20240115 Rel.72847

Guests are unable to connect to our WiFi, some get a message that no IP is available.

When I use a device scanner is says that there at 255 active devices in my network while according to Omada I only have 73 devices as active.

First, please be specific. If you have trouble, take a look at this article about guidelines. 

 

Second, what tool? What model? You posted SG2428P on the router page. So, what is the model?

How do you set it?
Do you have VLAN?
