Unable to connect Yale wifi bridge(3 units) to the 2.4ghz anymore. Connected fine for 1.5. years.
Hello everyone. My router is the ER405 (1.3.1 Build 20231207 Rel.61384). My access points are ~ EAP 225(1.2.1 Build 20230824 Rel. 61490), 245(5.0.6 Build 20220429 Rel. 44315) and 660s(1.2.10 Build 20231214 Rel. 42574). Switch is a SG2428P(4.0.8 Build 20240115 Rel.72847). Have the OC200 (1.28.2 Build 20240110 Rel.78776) controller as well.
The Yale bridges connect to my smart locks. They were working fine for a year and half until a week ago. I don’t remember what exactly I did but I remember doing an update or two to one of the connected devices which showed update notifications. The Yale bridges only connect to the 2.4 ghz. I have not changed any network or wifi related settings since a year and half ago. I created another 2.4 ghz network to see if they will connect but that failed too. I used one of my old wifi routers to connect the Yale bridges and they connected! They also connected effortlessly to my phone’s wifi hotspot. They’re just not connecting to my Omada 2.4 ghz wifi network now and I have no idea why. All my other devices/computers/tablets connect fine to the 2.4 ghz network without any problems whatsoever. My 2.4ghz runs with a channel width of 20mhz with security set as WPA personal. Does anyone know where I should look to fix this problem? Clearly the Omaha network is refusing them to connect.
The physical location of these routers or the bridges didn't change. The bridges are less than 20 feet away from the routers with a clear line of sight.
