Problems with the Tapo C200 camera microphone connection
Hi, I have a problem with our Tapo C200 camera's microphone connection. Every time we turn on the camera, it takes more than an hour to use the microphone and call functions. It is a little frustrating because we purchased this camera to monitor our pets. If I try to use it, I receive an alert that says, "Microphone is already in use. "Please try again later." The problem persists even when I attempt to use the call function. We have two users who can access the camera, but we rarely use the application at the same time.
Is there any way to fix this problem?
