Occasionally the faceplate falls off, if too hasty turning on. To be fair, it only takes a small effort to replace. But, eventually the lugs will break. Is there a solution to make it more secure?

When you installed the battery, did you turn on the switch to open the faceplate? If it is forcibly opened, the hardware structure of the product may be damaged.
