Unable to pair Huawei P20 phone to Kasa Hub. App gets as far as connecting hub to network, then goes to pairing screen but always fails to pair. Using 2.4ghz channel 1, WPA2,

correct password for wifi, reset several time but to no avail. any ideas ??

What's the version of your Kasa App? Or do you use Tapo? Always make sure the App is updated.

What router are you using? Does it have a separate 2.4GHz WiFi? Or one WiFi mixed with 2.4GHz and 5GHz?

For comparison testing, enable a 2.4GHz guest WiFi on the router, or enable a hotspot with another phone, then try to connect the KH100 to them.
