Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.9.0

Hi, I have recently purchased T110 and this is my second device after returning the first one. I'm facing same issues where the firmware doesn't get upload on the device. It does download but not update it. Smart Hub was installed successfully. I need some help here. Please see picture below/attached.

Is there any other reason that makes you want to update the firmware? Such as the abnormal behavior of the sensor?

What's the model and firmware version of your Tapo hub? What router are you using?

@Wayne-TP After the update is downloaded on tapo door sensor, it says restart, or it says it will automatically updated in 8 hours. But never does.

Have you checked the current firmware version of your device? The firmware may have been upgraded successfully, but the App failed to synchronize with the latest correct information.

Do you also own the same device? Which version is your device trying to update?
